Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lotar Enterprises. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Should you have the need to exchange or require a refund, please contact our customer service at sales@lotarllc.com; or by contacting us at +920.465.6678, ext 2.
  2. If authorized to return or exchange your item, you will receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number with instructions on how to return your item.
  3. A re-stocking fee of 30% and shipping is to be paid by the customer.
  4. If the item is to be exchanged, then the shipping expense which is to be used to ship back the exchanged item will be taken out of the refund.
