Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lotar Enterprises. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Should you have the need to exchange or require a refund, please contact our customer service at sales@lotarllc.com; or by contacting us at 920.465.6678.
  2. If authorized to return or exchange your item, you will receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number with instructions on how to return your item. The RMA number must show on the package when shipping back to us.
  3. RMA should be issued within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, we will accept only unopened item up to two (2) months from the packaging date due to shelf-life of our products which is six (6) months.
  4. A re-stocking fee of 30% and shipping is to be paid by the customer.
  5. If the item is to be exchanged, then the shipping expense which is to be used to ship back the exchanged item will be taken out of the refund.
